Establishing Prayer Clinics to teach basic and advance prayer techniques to have a victorious prayer life. We must learn that prayer is the birth canal to understand God's divine nature. The greatest arsenals we are equipped with, are sharpened during our intimacy and alone time with God.
Within the last 25 years, God has positioned her to coordinate with various ministries to be a voice to inspire men, women and youth about the simple principles of living a saved life in Christ. In 2012, she created Simply Sonja Ministries to coach, connect, and encourage people from all walks of life through her weekly prayer line seminars. The ministry has stretched and evolved to bring to fruition the plan of God for herself and others. Recently, the prayer line evolved and became, The Connection, that continually strives to encourage and uplift others through inspirational speaking, mentoring, teaching, and always with prayer.
Sonja’s Apostolic and Pentecostal Foundation was ignited by three great men Superintendent Robert L. Jordan , Overseer Jesse B. Smith and Bishop Sherman C. Gee Allen. She served actively and faithfully as a licensed Evangelist, Sunday School Teacher, New Members Coordinator, Choir member and Intercessory Prayer Leader. In 2016, Christ Cathedral Church recognized and awarded her “Member of the Year” for dedication and Community service. She has now fully embraced the call of duty to PUSH others to understand and walk into their PURPOSE by becoming more empowered through the simple principles of the word of God. Simply by giving God her total “YES” to do his will, she walks in the grace of God speaking as he gives utterance. She currently serves as a resident Commissioner for Planning and Zoning, and Citizens Advocate in Forest Hill, Texas, where she resides.
